TERMS & CONDITIONS

• By purchasing your ticket you agree to the terms and conditions and acknowledge that the ticket information and the festival policies are subject to change.

• All Ticket Holders must abide by all festival guidelines.

• Violating festival guidelines is grounds for removal without compensation.

• The ticket is a revocable license. Any violation of law or any other inappropriate behavior by the user of this ticket during the event may result in revocation of the license and the user being removed from the venue with no refund of the purchase price or any associated charges.

• The Ticket Holder assumes all responsibility for all risk of bodily harm as well as all damage to or loss of property while attending this event.

• The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

• Only leashed  bona fide Service Animals are allowed.  Emotional Support Animals are NOT allowed.

• Harry Brown's Farm may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, event times, parking and camping arrangements and venue capacity without prior notice.

• Scheduled performers may change without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for this purchase. All service processing fees are non-refundable.

• Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, rain or shine. The show goes on rain or shine. The risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Ticket Holder.

• Harry Brown's Farm may use the Ticket Holder's image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.

• Harry Brown's Farm may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.

• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.

• Purchasers of tickets who are under 18 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets/merchandises from our website or by mail order. By transacting on our website or through mail order, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 18 years of age and understands the conditions of use.

• The Ticket Holder agrees to leave the property by 7 pm on Sunday.

• All Thursday arrivals (except Season Ticket holders and Vendors) are subject to an additional charge.
